- 1. Windsurf Fornells will be as flexible as conditions permit regarding changes of date, time, etc, with no penalties incurred.
- 2. Any reservations cancelled prior to the beginning of the course will be penalised with a payment of 10% of the full amount of the reservations made.
- 3. Any unjustified cancellations made during the course will be subject to payment of 10% of the full amount of the course and of 66€ for each session taken.
- 4. If weather conditions advise cancelling a session for safety reasons, the session will be given another day. Should the session not be given, the session will be deducted from the overall amount of the course.
- 5. The full amount of the course must be paid before commencing the first session.
