What is it?
A fine introduction to the sailing world, basic therms used, how to rig, launching and recovering the boat from the beach, basic sail trimming, steering a course, full basic manoeuvres, learning the orientation from the wind and waves, adapting to the vessel to achieve full control.

How is it done?
The course has two sessions.
High season: the sessions are two hours and fifteen minutes long.
Low season: the sessions are two hours and fortyfive minutes long.
