We offer different courses in order to satisfy everybody’s needs and adapt to their level. From beginner to winner, you will always be able to join one of them and enjoy the wind and the sea of Minorca.

In our beginner courses, you will safely and quickly learn the basics of the sport: you will improve your balance, sail and board control, wind understanding, etc.  In our intermediate courses, you will perfect your technique and you will definitely get hooked on this wonderful sport. In other words, you will become a real free rider!

Our courses usually consist of a minimum of two sessions. Each session is of approximately two hours duration and can be done in the morning or in the afternoon. You will find our detailed timetables on the right of the page.

Our Windsurfing Courses

Discover Windsurfing  I

For those who have never windsurfed before.

In this course, you will learn the basic terminology of the sport, how to start sailing off the beach, how to turn around (the so called ‘tack’) and come back, how to steer, etc.  You will even start sailing upwind.

Discover Windsurfing  II

For those who have already windsurfed before but have little experience

You will learn how to sail in all the different courses and will start nailing those famous jibes. After this course, you will be able to reach any point of destination.

Perfect your technique  I

For those who have good balance and master the upwind sailing

In this course, you will learn how to use the harness, which is essential to use smaller boards and sail in strong wind conditions. You will also learn the beachstart and use fully-battened sails.

Perfect your technique  II

For those who are confident with the harness

In this course, you will no longer need those old-fashioned daggerboards and you will learn how to start planning taking full advantage of the harness and footstraps. In other words, it is a good introduction to the world of funboard and freeriding.

Perfect your technique  III

For those with basic funboard skills

You will learn the waterstart, which will make your life much easier, and you will hone other manoeuvres such as the jibe, fast tack, basic jump, etc.  After this course, windsurfing will definitely become one of your favorite hobbies.
