What is it?

Getting started at windsurfing. The conditions in the bay make it a lot easier to learn from scratch and after a few minutes you'll sail across the wind. On this course you'll learn basic terminology, how to start sailing off the beach or coming in, balance and even how to make progress up wind.

How is it done?

The course has two sessions.

• High season: the sessions are two hours and fifteen minutes long.
• Low season: the sessions are two hours and fortyfive minutes long.
